Southside Saddle Club is located at 2980 Greenbriar Road just off of CR 210 in Northern St. Johns County. It is a riding club that offers a ride night on every Friday of the month (some exceptions to happen). Friday night rides consist of 4 or 5 games: Barrel racing (cloverleaf and texas patterns), pole-bending, arena race and a fun game. Friday night is a great time for kids, as well as adults, to bring their horses and run the games. It is a wonderful experience for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, not only for the rider but the horse as well. The riders on Friday night ride for points, which accumulate throughout the year. Many friendships are formed from the Friday night rides.
Periodically throughout the year, other events occur such as NBHA shows, reining clinics and barrel clinics. As mentioned previously, strong friendships form from the events at the club and continue on even outside of club events. Continue to check our web site for the latest events that are coming our way.
